1. Go to the Member Portal

We have a new Member Portal for our current customers. You can access the portal here, or by clicking the ‘Member Portal’ Link in above navigation.


2. Enter in your credentials

You should have received an email with your login information. If you were an Orion customer before April 2013, if you are a current customer and you have not received your login information, please email webmaster@agilis-sw.com.

Features of the new Member Portal

My Account Page

The My Account page is the main home of the Member Portal. Here, you will be able to access the latest downloads for your products as well as any depended-on products, view your company information, and access links to helpful resources such as the product documentation (for Orion / Acropolis customers), knowledge base, support ticketing, webinars, and demonstration videos.

Knowledge Base

The knowledge base includes how-to guides and troubleshooting information for architects, developers and operations personnel. It can be accessed from your My Account page or the top navigation bar. The content is both browsable and searchable. We frequently update the knowledge base with new information based on questions and issues that you submit that are not already answered here.

Product Documentation

Our product documentation, which is also included with the product packaging, is provided online so that you have access to the latest version. The documentation is available in both html format for online browsing, and pdf format for downloading.

Support Ticketing

As a part of the member portal we have a new ticketing system where you can submit product and service related issues and questions as well as enhancement requests, and check the status and content of existing and previously closed tickets.
